This service gives customers the flexibility to receive more than loose molded parts without requiring Simblong to complete the entire finished product. 

Depending on the project, we plastic parts supplier can install PCBAs, terminal leads, wiring and metal hardware into injection-molded components, or join multiple parts through adhesive dispensing, heat staking, ultrasonic welding and other approved assembly methods. Where required, defined module-level checks can be completed before delivery; one example is air-leak testing for a shaver cleaning-station subassembly. Supplying parts as subassemblies may reduce packaging volume, lower handling and transportation requirements, and improve efficiency at the customer's final assembly stage.
Each subassembly is produced according to customer-approved drawings, bills of materials, component responsibilities and assembly requirements.
