Simblong supplies a wide-ranging portfolio of surface-finished plastic parts, including UV-coated housings, soft-touch handled components, laser-marked control panels, hot-stamped covers and other decorative plastic assemblies tailored for your project requirements. Simblong provides integrated surface finishing for injection-molded plastic parts, allowing molded components and their required decorative treatments to be coordinated within the same manufacturing project.
Our in-house finishing scope includes spray coating, screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping and laser marking. Two automated painting lines support finishes such as high-gloss UV coatings, rubberized soft-touch coatings and selected skin-feel surface effects, depending on the approved product and coating specifications.
Typical deliverables include finished housings, covers, handles, buttons, control panels and other appearance-sensitive components with customer-defined colors, textures, graphics and logos. Quality requirements are confirmed against approved samples or specifications and may include color, gloss, artwork position, coating thickness, adhesion and wear resistance.
Inspection and validation can include alcohol-rub testing, RCA abrasion testing, film-thickness measurement and color-difference evaluation. For projects requiring vacuum metallization, Simblong coordinates the process through a long-term qualified supplier, while managing the finished parts within the overall project requirements and acceptance standards.
