A: The gradient effect shown in the images is achieved through a high-quality injection-molded substrate followed by secondary surface finishing processes. We first produce precision plastic housing via injection molding, then apply automated gradient spray painting or Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization (NCVM) to achieve a smooth, natural dual-tone or multi-color transition. This method ensures significantly higher color saturation and superior surface luster.

A: Adhesion is mission-critical. We employ silicone-free mold releases and utilize ultrasonic cleaning or plasma surface activation to remove internal stresses and oils prior to coating. Finished parts must achieve a flawless 5B rating in the Cross-Hatch adhesion test, along with passing artificial sweat immersion and 500g-load 95% alcohol rub tests (100+ cycles) before assembly.
