Combined with high-precision injection molds and a rigorous holding pressure and temperature control process, it fully leverages acrylic’s excellent light transmittance (up to 92% or more) to ensure the box body possesses a crystal-like pure luster and a translucent, icy blue texture. The internal pentagonal integrated limiting reinforcement ribs securely suspend the core components.     Q: Acrylic is relatively brittle and sensitive to injection molding internal stress. How do you ensure that the tight-fit joint will not crack?
    A: This is precisely the core technical expertise of our factory. Acrylic injection molding is indeed prone to residual internal stress, which causes brittle cracking, especially at high-precision tight-fit edges. We use Moldflow analysis in the early stages to meticulously optimize the injection gates and wall thickness transitions. During production, we implement full closed-loop, low-speed, high-pressure molding controls. Additionally, a professional annealing (internal stress relief) heat treatment process is conducted before leaving the factory to ensure that the interlocking edges have extremely high toughness and will never crack even after repeated opening and closing.

    A: Absolutely not. Acrylic has excellent dimensional stability and does not deform easily after molding. By utilizing ultra-high-precision mold processing techniques such as slow-feeding wire cut EDM and CNC precision carving, we control the alignment tolerance of the male and female borders within a microscopic, ultra-narrow range. The interlocking depth and frictional damping of the male and female grooves have been precisely tested; once closed, they secure tightly enough to withstand standard logistics drops and vibrations.
