From Hand Sketch to Mass Production in 3 Months

The Challenge

An emerging hardware brand approached Simblong with only a hand-drawn concept and a set of functional requirements for a phone stand with an integrated Bluetooth speaker.

The customer needed one manufacturing partner to translate the initial idea into a complete, manufacturable product within a limited development schedule.

Simblong’s Solution

Simblong first developed the industrial design based on the customer’s concept and confirmed the product direction with the customer.

After design approval, our team completed the mechanical structure and PCBA design. Functional prototypes were produced for evaluation, followed by several rounds of refinement based on customer feedback. Once the final prototype was approved, Simblong proceeded with mold development, product validation and production launch.
